Day 1: Cairo to Siwa via El Alamein

We'll kick off early, leaving Cairo behind as we head west. Our first stop is El Alamein, where we'll dive into World War II history. The museum here is packed with artifacts - uniforms, weapons, photos, you name it. It brings the battle to life.

Then we'll pay our respects at the war cemeteries. It's a sobering experience, seeing thousands of graves of soldiers of different nationalities. We'll also check out the German and Italian memorials before grabbing a light lunch.

As we approach Siwa, get ready for a treat - we'll catch the sunset at Fatnas Lake. It's this tiny island with an incredible view. Trust me, seeing the sun go down behind the mountains is something special.

Day 2: Exploring Siwa

After breakfast, we're diving into Siwa's ancient history. First up is the Temple of the Oracle, where Alexander the Great supposedly came to consult the gods. Pretty cool, right?

Then it's time to get wet! We'll visit some salty lakes where you can float effortlessly. The water's supposed to have healing properties, so it's like a natural spa day.

Day 3: Siwa to Cairo via Marsa Matrouh
